Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use GradeX. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

GradeX produces grade predictions using machine vision and AI inference. These predictions:

• Are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Are not issued by, endorsed by, or affiliated with PSA, Beckett (BGS), CGC, SGC, or TAG.
• Are not a guarantee of the grade you will receive if you submit a card to a professional grading service.
• Should not be relied on as the sole basis for buying, selling, or insuring a card.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Plan limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures attributable to GradeX (e.g. grading service downtime that prevented you from using purchased scans).

The marketplace lets verified users list, buy, sell, and trade cards. Trades are free; sales carry a 2% platform fee. GradeX is not a party to any sale — buyers and sellers transact directly, with Stripe Connect handling escrow and payouts.

You agree not to list:

• Counterfeit, reprint-as-original, or altered cards.
• Cards you do not own or are not authorized to sell.
• Items prohibited by applicable law.

Disputes are resolved by the GradeX admin team. We reserve the right to reverse transactions, hold funds, or remove listings that violate these terms. See the dispute process in the marketplace documentation.

You agree not to: scrape or systematically download GradeX data; reverse-engineer the AI grading service; abuse other users; submit obviously fraudulent images to manipulate grade predictions; attempt to bypass plan limits.

GradeX is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid GradeX in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for the outcome of any professional grading submission, marketplace transaction, or insurance decision based on AI grade predictions.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
